Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Here at JaxHouston Clothing all items are second hand, handmade or reworked- therefore some minor flaws / sewing errors are common and should be expected. Any and all visible flaws will be noted in the description of each item.
Returns and refunds
Refunds / returns are NOT accepted on the following grounds:
- Item does not fit. All Measurements are included in the description of each item, If for some reason there is no measurements or if you would like more information in regards to the sizing, we urge you to contact us BEFORE purchasing as we are not responsible to refund after purchase.
- You no loner want / like the items. Regardless if your item has been shipped yet or not- you are not eligible for a refund if you have had a change of mind in regards to your order. Therefore we strongly urge you to make sure you are 100% happy with your order BEFORE checking out.
- Wrong item ordered. We strongly urge and expect you to have fully checked the contents of your basket before heading to checkout. We are not responsible once you have purchased an item, if you then realize you did not want said item(s).
- Item did not / will not arrive on time. Please read out Shipping Policy before buying. If you have concerns about when your order will arrive- please contact us via Instagram DM or Email us at jaxhouston.clothing@yahoo.com BEFORE purchasing
- Issue with item after it has been worn / used. We are not responsible after any of our items have been worn or used. If- in an unlikely circumstance- an issue arises (e.g Shoes fall apart after having worn them outside for a period of time) please contact our support email jaxhouston.clothing@yahoo.com and we will make a review on this. However it is unlikely we will accept a return or issue a refund as what you do with the product after you have removed the tags / worn the item- is not our responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the 'JaxHouston' tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT AGREEMENT / NOTICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items / gift cards or custom, made to order items.
